Cécile Amado-Fischgrund holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense, an LL.M from Reading University, UK, and a Specialized Master’s degree in International Law and Management from HEC and ESCP. She was sworn in as an attorney in 2002.
Cécile began her career as a mergers & acquisitions attorney at major international firms before moving to the corporate world for 15 years, working at three different companies as an international lawyer, then legal director, secretary of the board of directors and Excom member.
She then trained in compliance (DU Compliance Officer from Paris II) and project management. She is also an afnor-certified DPO.
She resumed her legal practice as an attorney in 2021 and founded her own firm before joining Feugère Moizan Avocats in 2022.
Cécile is a trained CSRD auditor (Certificat Audit de Durabilité -Sustainability reporting audit Certificate – at Paris Dauphine University) and assists clients on the implementation of their sustainability reporting.
She essentially works in Compliance.
She contributes to the work of the Compliance Experts Commission at the AFJE (the French in-house legal counsels association).
Cécile works in both English and French.
