Antoine Moizan has been a criminal and business litigation attorney since November 2013.
He has been a partner at the firm since 2019.
Passionate about defending clients and engaging in legal debate, he leads the firm’s “Defense” department.
Antoine has developed expertise in complex litigation, representing leading companies in various sectors such as surveillance, construction, hospitality industry, and specialized retail. He also works as a court-appointed attorney, defending individuals without resources and public interest associations.
Throughout his studies, Antoine was repeatedly top of his class (law school, Master’s degree at Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense) and has authored various academic papers (including a Master Thesis on the criminal liability of legal entities under the supervision of Professor Yvonne MULLER) and legal articles (notably for Dalloz).
He is fluent in English.
Antoine has worked with investigating judges at the Judicial Court of Nanterre (handling criminal and correctional investigations, economic and common criminal offenses), which has enabled him to anticipate hearings and interrogations effectively. He regularly liaises with specialized investigation and prosecution services for the follow-up of criminal and correctional procedures.
He trains lawyers, legal experts, and students in business criminal law. Antoine chairs the Economic and Financial Criminal Law Committee of the Paris Bar and the Criminal Law Committee of the Association “Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises” (ACE), organizing cross-disciplinary training sessions and practical workshops. He frequently collaborates with the “Association française des juristes d’entreprise” (AFJE) and teaches a course on anti-money laundering judicial practices at the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense.
Antoine is often interviewed by legal (Dalloz, Éditions législatives) and general press (Le Point, La Croix) on justice-related issues (extradition procedures, judicial practices, etc.)
