William is graduated from Sciences-Po Paris (SP 95).
He is the founder of the firm and leads its Compliance department.
With his experience in criminal litigation, William has developed expertise in risk prevention, compliance and internal investigations. He is recognized for his professional and human qualities, which are particularly useful in investigations, as well as for his strategic and operational vision.
William Feugère is involved in the very development of compliance law. Co-author of the Compliance Code (Dalloz), he is regularly consulted on compliance law development projects, representing business attorneys and in-house lawyers. He also works with representatives of the AFA (the French Anticorruption Agency) to train lawyers and attorneys on the Sapin 2 law, and with the “Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature” to train magistrates on CJIP (the French equivalent to the US deferred prosecution agreement) and internal investigations.
